Introduction
Sejong University, a four-year-course university founded in 1940, has been ranked 1st by the Leiden Rankings in 2019 and 10th by THE rank among Korean Universities in 2020.
Sejong University launched the Korean Language Program at CIE in March, 2008 in order to inherit and develop the spirit of King Sejong who invented the Korean Alphabet. Having accumulated experiences in offering various programs and running them effectively, Korean instructors at the CIE of Sejong university are trying to provide students with learner-centered and differentiated Korean education through diverse programs.
Regular Program
The regular program is for Korean learners who would like to improve general communication skills to satisfy their various needs. More than all, to meet the needs of students planning to go to a college/university or a graduate school, we offer TOPIK preparation courses and actively provide counseling and guidance program to help them to study further at a college or a graduate school in Korea.
